At Dr Techlove, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not normally provide a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
2. Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact support@drtechlove.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs
Where an item is found to have a major failure or is otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee, Dr Techlove will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping.
