- 30-day attribution: the first verifiable referral is credited unless an existing written opportunity predates it.
- Manual review: leads, conversions and commissions are not auto-approved.
- Quarterly settlement: after payment has cleared and the relevant service is complete.
- Excluded: self-referrals, duplicate or existing leads, refunds, taxes and pass-through or third-party costs.
